Common Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We currently are an in network provider for Premera (Premera Microsoft and Premera Amazon), Regence Blue Shield, and Anthem Blue Cross.  We also accept private pay.  We are open to working with families to help them find they best way to access services for their child, whether that be with us or with another therapy provider.  We may be able to accept your insurance, or help you find someone who can. Just give us a call or shoot us an email!

Will you really come to my home or go to my child's school and/or child care?

Yes we really do!  When we first founded this business, our hope was to make therapy services more accessible for families.  By coming to you, we save families precious hours, and best of all, we see children make wonderful progress because they are receiving therapy in a place they are the most comfortable.  In addition, we get to see kids start using all the skills they learn in therapy very quickly, since they are learning those skills in their natural environment. If your child's school is open to it, we love providing therapy in school and/or child care settings. We see fantastic progress, and find this to be a wonderful setting for therapy.

Will you help us (the parents) learn how to work on the same things you are working on in therapy?

YES! One of our unique strengths is helping parents feel confident in their ability to help their child learn the skills they are working hard to develop.  The research shows that parent involvement is crucial to long term skill development.  We will give you a specific plan and goals so you can also be working on the same goals your child is working on in therapy, but in a way that works best for your family and your schedule.

What times do you offer services?

We are uniquely flexible in our availability.  We are available during regular business hours Monday through Friday, and we also have after-school, before school and evening sessions available. Unlike many programs we are quite flexible with the minimium hours of therapy a child must receive to be a patient.

How often will you work with my child?

This all depends on what services your child is receiving.  ABA therapy tends to be anywhere from 4-30 hours a week, 2-6 days a week. Speech therapy is generally 1-2 hours a week and 1-2 days a week or less.  We only reccomend what we believe your child needs, and of course as a parent it is your duty to determine what therapy schedule works for your life.  We are very flexible when it comes to creating a therapy schedule that works for your family!

What if I start therapy and want to stop?

You are always welcome, at any time, to end all or one service.  You are not obligated at any time or in anyway to continue receiving therapy for any reason. Your family, your choice.

What age of clients do you work with?

We accept new patients ages birth through age ten.
