Salary: $60-70 per session
Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible hours and timing

Searching for Enthusiastic and Experienced Speech Language Pathologist!

 

Flexible positions available on the Eastside with a growing and experienced team! At this time all SLP services are being provide via telehealth, although we are looking into partnering with local outdoor learning centers to provide outdoor speech therapy sessions.

 

Eastside Therapy Services (ETS) is seeking to expand our speech therapy program! Our primary aim is to provide excellent service to clients and to be an excellent place to work. We allow our staff to choose how little or how big they would like their caseloads to be while honoring your unique areas of interests and strengths. We provide services to children in the home, school and child care settings, with a focus on naturalistic based interventions.

Required Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university

  • Experience in pediatric diagnostic or treatment settings

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

  • Washington State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • 3-5 Years pediatric therapy experience

  • Experience incorporating AAC into treatment

  • Experience with providing both home and school and/or clinic based services

 

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments

  • Create dynamic and comprehensive treatment plans for clients

  • Provide therapy in the school, home and/or community setting

  • Schedule your own client caseload ensuring that treatment plan recommendations for frequency are met

  • Provide parent and family coaching and support

  • Collaborate with the service team to maximize the clients learning across environments
