This position is ideal for an experienced BCBA who loves being a part of a positive and collaborative team. Our staff are able to pursue their individual interests and be a part of the growth and planning of our therapy practice!

BCBA's at Eastside Therapy Services get to choose part time or full time hours, choose their caseload size, and are currently serving clients via both telehealth and traveling to homes, schools and child cares.

Specific responsibilities include

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments including VBMAPP, PEAK, AIM, ABLLS-R, and the SSiR, and AFLS

  • Create dynamic and comprehensive treatment plans for clients that include plans for skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans that are in line with company and payor standards

  • Supervise Certified Behavior Technicians

  • Attend clinical meetings with our clinical director

  • Be present in client sessions providing support and feedback to related staff

  • Schedule your own client caseload and maintain the schedule for CBT’s seeing your clients ensuring that treatment plan recommendations for frequency are met

  • Provide parent and family coaching and support

  • Collaborate with the service team to maximize the clients learning across environments

Qualifications and Skills

  • Licensed LBA in Washington State

  • A fun, playful and open therapy style

  • 2+ years experience as a pediatric BCBA working in home and clinic settings

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
