Salary: $25-33 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible hours and timing. Part and full time available.

Searching for Engaged and Enthusiastic Behavior Technicians!
​
Do you love working with kids? Do you enjoy a job where you can make a direct impact on the children you work with?

In our pediatric therapy practice behavior technicians provide direct therapy to children to build skills in the areas of play, social, language, cognitive, academic, motor and self-help. Think teacher meets therapist with a touch of camp counselor.
​
Perhaps you even have some experience working with children with delays in their development or behavior challenges! Our current and particularly rock star team of of behavior technicians come from a diverse background of experience!
​
Through daily routines, play, games, structured activities, and even social skills groups, therapy goals are targeted under the support and guidance of a collaborative team.
​
At this time behavior technicians are seeing children in the home setting utilizing PPE or via Telehealth. To limit exposure risks each behavior technician will only be seeing 1-2 clients in the home setting. We have full time and part time opportunities working with children ranging in ages from two to eleven.
Responsibilities of a BT

Follow treatment plans and instructional programs to teach new skills

Implement behavior intervention plans

Use play and naturally occurring routines to teach new skills

Take daily data on client responding to track progress
Qualifications and Skills

Preferred related experience with children with and without Autism Spectrum Disorder

Washington State CBT license preferred but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week

Must be able to lift 35 pounds and get on and off the floor easily
