OT's at Eastside Therapy Services get to choose part time or full time hours, choose their caseload size, and are currently serving clients via both Telehealth and traveling to homes, schools and child cares. Travel time is reimbursed!

Specific responsibilities include

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments including to determine eligibility for services

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver meaningful services

  • Create dynamic and comprehensive treatment plans

  • Provide direct services including parent coaching and school consultation

  • Attend clinical meetings with our clinical director

  • Maintain documentation within the company EMR system

  • Provide parent and family coaching and support

  • Collaborate with the service team to maximize the clients learning across environments

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited University program

  • A natural team player who genuinely enjoys working with others

  • Committed to helping your patients reach their full potential

  • Current Washington State License

  • 2+ years experience as a pediatric OT working in home and clinic settings

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
