Pediatric Mental Health Provider to Initiate New Program

Our fantastic multidisciplinary team here at Eastside Therapy Services is growing! Our team operates under a relationship based and naturalistic model and currently we offer SLP, OT, ABA, feeding therapy, parent coaching, and social skills groups. We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and creative mental health provider to assist our team in initiating a mental health treatment program within our practice. This role will initially function as a part time position focused on program development and designed to serve a small population of pediatric patients, with the opportunity to transition to full time as a the provider chooses!

This particular role will be working primarily with clients and the families in person and via telehealth as well as assisting in initial program development. There will be opportunities to work in our naturalistic therapy clinic in Gilman Village as well!

Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting

  • Work together with parents towards patient outcomes

  • Assist in the development of the position and service type at a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice

  • Consult and collaborate with other providers within the practice

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary service team and consult with multidisciplinary team

Qualifications and Skills

  • Washington State Licensed Clinical Child Psychologist or LMHC

  • Minimum 2 years experience in outpatient setting
