
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
Salary Range: $50-$60 Per Hour

Our pretty fantastic multidisciplinary team here at Eastside Therapy Services is growing! We are a small and close knit group of providers operating under a multidisciplinary and naturalistic therapy model. We believe in a holistic approach to pediatric therapy services!
We are seeking a motivated Speech and Language Pathologist to join our collaborative and supportive team. This position offers strong mentorship and hands-on experience in a variety of evidence-based practice areas.
Clinical Mentorship Opportunities Include:

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)

Pediatric Feeding Therapy

Play-based, naturalistic intervention approaches
Our team takes pride in developing an individualized and holistic approach to services for each of our patients, as well as an individualized experience for each provider. There is flexibility to work part time, full time, or to dive deep and help create a program that enables you to focus on your professional interests.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct standardized and informal assessments to determine service eligibility and guide treatment planning

Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans

Provide direct therapy services across a variety of settings (clinic, home, school, community)

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress

Participate in regular supervision and clinical team meetings

Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR system

Provide caregiver coaching and education to support carryover
-
Use creative, engaging approaches to promote meaningful communication outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:

$50 - $60 per billable hour

Qualifications and Skills

Licensed SLP or SLP-CF

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week

Must be able to lift 35 pounds and get on and off the floor easily

First AID/CPR Certified
